Print Shipping Starting - Validate Addresses in Backerkit, Please

*Quick* update here - we're starting shipping of the hardcover prints for Epic Legacy Hero's Handbook this week, and need to get your addresses locked in so the orders route to the right place! Please check your emails for those from Backerkit and ensure that your addresses are up-to-date in your Backerkit accounts to make sure that orders don't ship to the wrong locations! Let us know if not - an email to [email protected] with your updated address information helps us find the order and fix it quickly.

As we're waiting on some ancillary items to come in yet, order shipping will start with the Standard Hardcover Prints, and those orders that are a little simpler to fulfill. As such, if you don't receive an email from Backerkit, that means we haven't started to prep your order yet.

As the orders go out, we'll update your tracking information through Backerkit, which will keep track of your order status. Please let us know if there are any concerns!

We want to express our gratitude for your continued patience and understanding. We recognize and apologize for the delays we've had, but we're staying on track with our previously communicated plans.

Brief Schedule Update

Hi All!

We're back with a much delayed update on the Hero's Handbook - it'll be short and to the point, with updates on delivery schedule and an apologetic note on communication. Apologies again for the communication and pace on this project.

Print / Physical Delivery Schedule Update

Files are with the printer, and last details (headband, endsheets) are being sorted via email. With that, we have a tentative schedule from the printer that puts prints in our warehouse in Nevada by mid-January. From our usual fulfillment schedule beyond this, this means we'll have prints to US domestic backers by mid February, and international backers by mid-March. This is still a while out yet, but the closest thing to a schedule to which we can commit at this time.

• January, 2024 - 2CG receive prints
• February, 2024 - US domestic backers receive physical rewards
• March, 2024 - International backers receive physical rewards

Communication

Speaking to the elephant in the room, a brief update on what's going on with the (lack of ) communication. In short, we're working on closing out projects as best we can, but there's a lot of backlog we're getting through with very few people (more or less just one of the core team remains with the company with a small handful of contractors to fill in needed expertise). It's an explanation of the slow pace and lack of communication, but not a valid excuse, and we know that. As we're through the content creation portion of this, we'll plan to post updates with more regularity, even if it's just "no change to the schedule we mentioned previously".

Here's hoping, at least. We'll keep working towards conclusion of this and other projects, and we'll try to be better with the updates, comments, replies, etc., but appreciate your continued patience through the process.
